Job Description:
Join GoodLeap as a Digital Collections Specialist and help drive sustainable impact by supporting homeowners with energy-efficient solutions. You’ll be a part of a mission-driven team, using digital communication tools to assist borrowers with past due accounts while supporting financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with delinquent borrowers through digital channels (email, chat, etc.)
- Propose and process payment solutions to bring accounts current
- Record borrower interactions and payment activity accurately
- Meet collection performance goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer resolution outcomes
Qualification
- 1-2 years in credit and collections
- Strong written communication and persuasion skills
- Experience with financial products is preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred (not required)
- Professional and team-oriented demeanor
